NT Solutions Acquired by Ensyst

The Directors of NT Solutions Pty Ltd are pleased to advise you that the business operations of the company have been acquired by Ensyst Pty Ltd.

With John Stewart's serious illness, we have carefully considered the future of NT Solutions in terms of its stakeholders - clients, staff and shareholders.  Our conclusion is that the sale of the business to Ensyst is the best possible outcome for all three.

Founded in 2001, Ensyst has grown quickly and has similar operations to NT Solutions.  Like NT Solutions, Ensyst is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and won the prestigious 2008 Partner of the Year award.  The two businesses will be merged into three lines, reporting to Nick Sone, General Manager of Ensyst:

      Business Services to be managed by Shimron Shimla.

      Managed Services to be managed by Andrew Lowry.

      Project Services to be managed by Luke de Merindol.

NT Solutions staff will have their employment contracts transferred to Ensyst.  Clients will see no change, except for the company location.  They will continue to receive services from the same people, augmented by the broader offerings occasioned by the larger organisation.

The transaction is effective from 1 January 2009 and NT Solutions staff will be relocated to the Ensyst office at Level 7, 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney shortly thereafter.  John Stewart, as and when he is able, will play an active role in the ongoing operations of Ensyst.  Phil Molony will assist in the integration process and will continue to work with clients over the next few years.  For those of you who are directly affected, we will be in touch in the New Year to introduce Ensyst to you.  We will advise you of changes to telephone numbers and email addresses as they take effect.
